How to Build HTML Documents from Excel (Visual Editor + AI)

Some documents do not fit a PDF form or a Word template. Invoices with line items, styled receipts, product sheets, branded certificates — they need real layout control. Open the HTML editor
In the ExForms add-in, open a set from Set of Forms or create a new one. In Edit Set or Add New Set, click Create HTML Form. The editor opens in its own window with a live canvas.
Insert your data
Single values
Use for one value — a customer name, an invoice total, a date. It maps to the matching Excel column.
Repeating rows
Use inside a table to repeat child rows, so a list of line items or transactions expands to fit the data. ExForms supports parent and child mapping, so a single invoice can carry many lines.
Let AI do the heavy lifting
You do not need to know HTML or CSS.
