What ExForms does
Use Excel as the source for document generation, HTML templates, and connector syncs.
HTML templates
Visual HTML editor with data tokens, ExForms AI for HTML/CSS generation and refinement, mapping for parent and repeating child data, preview, and conditional rules.
PDF, Word, PowerPoint
Fill PDF forms, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations from Excel. PDF mapping includes deterministic mapping, AI Map review/refine, and manual mapping for complex cases.
Other Destinations
Configure saved connections, map Excel tables, auto-map endpoints, preview syncs, and send data to verified connectors such as SQL Database, QuickBooks Online, and Toggl Track.
Eve and AI help
Ask Eve from the header, HTML editor, or PDF AutoMap review for workflow, mapping, template-structure, and rules guidance. AI entry points check plan allowance and available AI tokens.
