Excel is great at collecting and shaping data, but too often that data dead-ends in a file. ExForms Connectors change that: they let you send Excel data to external systems — databases, accounting, time tracking — straight from the add-in. No exporting, no CSV juggling, no glue scripts. Excel becomes the hub, and your other tools stay in sync.

To send Excel data to external systems, open the Other Destinations tab, pick a connector, enter its connection details, test, and save. From then on you push structured Excel data out to that system whenever you need it.

• Databases — a generic SQL connector for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Accounting — QuickBooks Online.
• Time tracking — Toggl Track.

Each one turns Excel into a controlled source of truth for that system.

In the add-in, click the Other Destinations tab. You will see the available connections grouped by category.

Pick the service you want to send data to.

Give the connection a friendly name and provide its credentials — a database connection, an API key, or a workspace ID, depending on the service.

Click Test Connection. ExForms verifies it can reach the service and shows a clear status: connected, error, or not yet tested.

Save the connection and it is ready. Map your Excel columns to the destination’s fields and push data out.
