If you run time tracking in Toggl Track, you probably still prepare or calculate a lot in Excel first — planned hours, project lists, client records. The Toggl connector lets you sync Excel to Toggl directly, so what you organise in a spreadsheet appears in your Toggl workspace without CSV imports or manual re-entry.

Get your Toggl API token and workspace ID, add the Toggl connector in ExForms, test the connection, and push your Excel data through. Clients, projects, tags, tasks, and time entries can all be created or updated from a sheet.

• Time entries — import and update tracked work.
• Tasks — manage project tasks.
• Workspace users — review and update workspace-user settings.

You need three things: an active Toggl Track account, your personal Toggl API token, and the workspace ID you want to sync to.

Log in to Toggl Track, click your profile icon (bottom left), open Profile Settings, scroll to the API section, click to reveal the token, and copy it.

Open your Toggl workspace and look at the URL. The number right after /w/ is your workspace ID.

In the add-in, open Other Destinations, choose Toggl Track, and enter a connection name, your workspace ID, and your API token.

Click Test Connection to confirm ExForms can reach your workspace, then save. Map your Excel columns to Toggl fields and sync.
