Excel to Forms is designed to help you send data from Excel to any data destination. At this moment, you can send data from Excel to PDF Forms, more data destinations will be added soon (Word, PPT, online CRM systems).
ExForms Office Addin works with virtually any PDF Forms, from simple acroforms to complex dynamic xfa forms, from your desktop or from Excel Online.
If you just need to use it from time to time, there is always a free version for you. Just start using it, no login required, but in this case you will loose our excellent collaboration features, only you will be able to access the system.

All free accounts will be able to send data from excel to 1 PDF form, up to 10 forms generated per month per user.
For teams that need advanced options and have large volumes of data to process, try our Basic or Pro plans, that comes with no limits in the number of forms and templates.
Pro plan users will be able to integrate with their custom cloud storage provider (OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive).
Multiple users can have edit permissions to configure templates, define file naming options.

Known limitations:
Not all PDF forms can be automatically filled. They may have security features and limitations enforced by the provider of that form, or the PDF design itself is meant only for manual filling.
We do our best to cover a large variety of forms, but we cannot claim that we can fill any form.
Therefore, we strongly recommend testing your forms with a free account to see if those forms can be used in our system. We can evaluate your forms for free, to help you decide if our service fits your company needs.
Refunds cannot be requested if you are using a form that has the limitations described above and you have subscribed to our service without testing. If this happens, you are still entitled to request a refund, we will do our best to evaluate your request and provide solutions or alternatives.
